When you are ready to submit, please send an email to queries@amimcconnell.com complete with your query letter and attach the first three chapters of your manuscript as a Word Doc or a PDF. Include the name of the agent you are querying in the subject line of your email. If you do not specify an agent, you query will unfortunately not be read.

You may have sent your manuscript to other agencies. If you have an offer of representation from another agency, we’d appreciate an email to notify us with the subject line “Offer of Representation.”

Please be patient with us. We hope to be able to respond personally to every query, but it is not always possible with the number of queries we receive. If you have not heard from us in three months, then it means that we don’t feel we are the right fit for your book and we do wish you the very best of luck elsewhere.
